My Goal Has Always Been Simple: To Share Helpful Knowledge With Others
Welcome to the page of Fab Douei, an author who combines personal experiences, cultural roots, and life lessons to create meaningful conversations about mental health and healing.
He was born and raised in West Africa, Côte d’Ivoire. Later in his life, he became a naturalized American citizen. He is fluent in English, French, and Japanese languages and also understands Spanish. His life is overall shaped and lived through different cultures.
Fab is a US Army veteran who served as a Behavioral Health Specialist, providing mental health support to soldiers. In fact, he has long dreamed of becoming a private pilot, flying friends and family to new places. His goal has always been simple: to share helpful knowledge with others.
This passion was what made him write a book to make sure his message reached more people.
